Freezing Corn

Freezing Corn is one of the easiest things to do to preserve food for the winter.  First, blanche the corn (boil for 3 minutes or less, then put corn directly into a sink full of ice water).  Once the corn is completely chilled, cut the corn off the cob and put into a freezer bag.  Lay flat and remove excess air.  Put the freezer bag of corn in the freezer and pull out for special occasions!
